FAQ

Arrival:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to relax before your treatment and any pre-consultation.

Late Arrival:
While we understand that there are many reasons that could cause you to be late for your appointment. We do ask that if you know that you are going to arrive late to your appointment give us as much notice as possible please. In the event of late arrival, we will always do our best to give you as much treatment time as possible. However, understandably your treatment slot will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Bookings:
We are strongly advisable to book your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and massage service is available. A 24-hour notice will be required depending on the treatments required.

Existing Conditions:
Please let us know if you have any health conditions allergies, or injuries, which could affect your massage treatment. New customers will be asked to complete a new consultation form. If you are an existing customer, please inform us of any new medical conditions. 

Pregnancy:
If you are pregnant, please contact us to discuss before making an appointment.

Loyalty Program:
Currently pending, please bare with us.

Discounts:
We only offer 10% discounts for all Teachers, NHS, MOD, and Emergency personnel with a Valid ID upon arrival to our premises.

Payment:
We accept cash and card (no AMEX)

Cancellation Policy:
Please kindly provide 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. A cancellation fee may apply for any missed appointments, or appointments canceled less than the 24-hour time timeframe. If you do not pay, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any future bookings from you. This policy also applies to repeat “no-shows” or “late arrivals”.

Wheelchair accessible:
Our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Do you offer sexual services?
Absolutely not. Our services are carried out by professional therapists and are non-sexual. We have a zero tolerance to sexual requests or inappropriate harassment of our staff.
